At Rainwood Law, we provide the following notary and commission services:

• Witness of oaths and statutory declarations
• Swear affidavits
• Certify documents to be true copies of the original
• Provide notarial certificates

Requirements for notarizing or commissioning:

• Schedule an appointment to ensure that a Notary Public or Commissioner is available to meet with you.
• Two pieces of valid identification are required from each person signing the document.
• The documents must be in English
• If a true copy is required, we only notarize photocopies of the original that we print ourselves. However, if you require a notarized true copy to be in colour, you may bring your own colour copies.
• We do not provide any legal advice on the content or whether the document is acceptable for your purposes.
• We do not notarize, commission, or provide true copies of Wills and Powers of Attorney.
